Shipping Policy

You will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number once your package ships.

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

Please note that our delivery times are estimated and we do not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please double-check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. If you are not at home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected. It is always good to enter your phone or mobile number in the shipping details.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses or customer unavailability.

We are not responsible for any type of delay due to your country's customs department; also, we are not responsible for any type of customs duty if any.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Odivaro.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?

We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo of the item.

We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or if you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. We offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of delivery.
