Policy for Damaged/Defective or Wrong Items

Please contact our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including a photo and video of the item. Please send us clear pictures and a video of the defective or damaged item for review as soon as you receive the item (preferably within seven days of the item being delivered/received). We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

 

Return Policy

 

We hope you'll love the item you purchased. If there are any concerns about it or you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered/received. Refund can be issued after approval of the return. 

Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

Please Note

·         Your return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

·         Your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

·         All returns must include the original invoice or receipt with your name and e-mail.

·         It must be in good condition and suitable for resale.

·         Shipping fees are non-refundable.

·         You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the shipping cost will be paid by you.

·         If you return part of a bundle or a bundle discount, the discount will no longer apply. The items you will be charged at the current price, and your refund will reflect the difference.

·         After returning the product, please provide the tracking number.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible. After approval, the refund will be issued within 30 days. Refund can be issued in the same payment method that you have used to buy the item or in the form of store points.
