Exchange Policy for Damaged/Defective or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. To help us review your request efficiently, kindly provide clear photos and a video showing the issue with the item upon delivery.
All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within our 30-day return window, calculated from the date your order is delivered and received. You can reach our support team at support@odivaro.com.
Please note that exchanges are only available for items that are confirmed to be damaged, wrong, or defective.

- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- All returns must include the original invoice or receipt with your name and e-mail.
- After returning the product, please provide the tracking number
- Odivaro covers all the return costs if the item is damaged/defective/wrong.
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.

If there are any concerns about it or if you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered/received. Refund can be issued after approval of the return.

- All returns must include the original invoice or receipt with your name and e-mail.
- It must be in good condition and suitable for resale.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the shipping cost will be paid by you unless the item is damaged/defective,/wrong.
- If you return part of a bundle or a bundle discount, the discount will no longer apply. You will be charged at the current price, and your refund will reflect the difference.
- After returning the product, please provide the tracking number.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as possible. After approval, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
