I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY ORDER
Please email us: support@odivaro.com quoting your order number from the confirmation email/SMS message. We'll help track down your order.
Please note: If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Odivaro.com does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. Also, we do not accept responsibility if you fail to provide the correct address. Please double-check to be sure your address is correct.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES?
We do our best to help ensure your item arrives as smoothly and quickly as possible, including labelling the package with all relevant information for customs authorities.
If fees are charged by customs, they are payable by the recipient.
CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
We try to ship all orders as soon as possible.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. Orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?
Please get in touch with our support team for any items that arrived damaged, defective, or the wrong item arrived, including your order number, a photo, and a video of the item (within the 30-day return window).
We'll arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without prior authorization from support.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN & REFUND POLICY?

If there are any concerns about it or if you are thinking of returning it, please contact our support team for assistance, explaining your reasons for wanting to return it. You'll receive instructions on how to package and post your return. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered/received. Refund can be issued after approval of the return.
